Create and edit a construction line
This command allows you to add a construction line to the model and set its parameters.
Steps
- Select the target curve you want to add the construction line to or select the construction line you want to edit
- Fill in the options that are given
- Press Ok to add the construction line to the curve
Options
Properties
- Length: length of the construction line
- Angle: the angle between the construction line and the target curve
Distance from
- Distance from start: actual distance from the start of the curve
- Distance from end: actual distance from the end of the curve
- Pick on the curve (shortcut: R): select on the curve the position where to put the construction line
- Percentage: show distance from start and distance from end as a percentage of
the total length of the curve
